Welcome to Apartment Jochberger Tor by ONE VILLAS – a quiet and spacious self-catering apartment in Jochberg near Kitzbühel, nestled in the stunning Kitzbühel Alps.

With panoramic views, a private balcony, and comfortable amenities, the apartment is ideal for couples, friends, and small families of up to 4 guests who want to combine skiing, hiking, biking, and relaxation in an alpine setting.

The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils. A washing machine and dryer are also available – especially convenient for longer stays, ski holidays, hiking trips, or family travel.

On the private balcony with seating, you can enjoy fresh mountain air and views of the surrounding nature – from your morning coffee to sunset.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed via two flights of stairs. It has a private entrance and is entirely at your disposal during your stay.

Please note: The TV operates exclusively via streaming services. Available are Netflix, Amazon Prime, as well as the Austrian ORF media library and other channels offering streaming services.

Apartment Jochberger Tor by ONE VILLAS is designed as a self-catering apartment. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included; however, there is no daily hotel service and no on-site staff.

In winter, the region is equally attractive: the KitzSki area offers over 170 kilometers of slopes, and the Giggling ski run brings you almost to your doorstep. A cross-country ski trail is only 2 minutes away, and many additional trails run through the snowy landscape.

Nearby attractions include the Kupferplatte mining museum, the Aurach Wildlife Park, Ellmi’s Magic World, the Sintersbach waterfalls with playground, the Jochberg forest swimming pool, Schwarzsee lake, and the Aquarena Kitzbühel.

The bus stop can be reached within a 5–8 minute walk. The village center of Jochberg as well as the Wagstätt gondola are about 5 minutes by car. In the village center, you will find shops, restaurants, and cozy cafés.

The town of Kitzbühel is only a few kilometers away – ideal for a day trip, shopping, or visiting the famous Hahnenkamm race area.
