Welcome to Haus am Feld by ONE VILLAS in Kitzbühel!

This 85 m² second-floor apartment sleeps up to 6 guests. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies with views of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hahnenkamm, it is ideal for families and groups. In winter you are on the slopes within minutes; in summer, on the golf course, hiking trails or bike paths.

THE APARTMENT
Three bedrooms with wardrobes sleep up to 6 guests: two rooms each have a double bed, the third has two single beds. The largest bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom; a second bathroom and a separate WC are off the hallway. In the open-plan living and dining area you can cook, eat together at the large table or relax on the sofa in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Two of the bedrooms share a balcony with views of the Wilder Kaiser. From the living area you step out onto the second balcony, looking across the meadow to the Hahnenkamm.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES
The entire apartment, including both balconies, is yours alone. Two free parking spaces directly in front of the house are reserved for you. The ski room for skis and ski boots is shared with guests of the other apartments.

Bed linen and two towels per person are included. Mid-stay cleaning or a linen change can be arranged for an extra charge, subject to availability.

ARRIVAL
Check-in is self check-in. Your key is waiting for you in a key safe, so you can arrive flexibly from check-in time, even late in the evening. Before your arrival you will receive the code, short directions and the link to online guest registration. All further information is in your digital guest guide.

LOCATION
Haus am Feld sits on the southern edge of Kitzbühel, bordering meadows, fields and woodland on one side – with a bit of luck you will spot deer grazing. The town centre is just a few minutes away by car or easily reached by bus. The EUROSPAR supermarket on Jochberger Straße is about a 10-minute walk.

Skiing: By car you reach Jochberg in a few minutes, where you can park for free and start straight into the KitzSki ski area. The Hahnenkamm cable car and the Kitzbüheler Horn are reached via the town centre.

Golf: Golfclub Kitzbühel and Golf Eichenheim are both just a few minutes away by car.

Bus: The “Kitzbühel Abzw. Bichlalm” stop next to the EUROSPAR is a 9-minute walk. From there, line 850 runs to the town centre and the Hahnenkamm, and in the other direction to Jochberg for the Wagstätt lift and on to Resterhöhe. Line 4002 runs from the “Tirolerhof” stop up to the Bichlalm.

A car is handy for excursions in the area. From November to April, winter tyres are mandatory in Austria in wintry conditions – roads can be slippery even after they have been cleared.
