The bathroom was recently fully renovated and blends modern, clean design with the apartment’s alpine character.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all essentials for everyday cooking.
Despite the quiet setting, everything is within easy reach: Kitzbühel’s town center is about 5 minutes by car or around 20 minutes on foot, while shops can be reached in just 5–7 minutes walking distance.

The apartment is designed as a self-catering accommodation. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are provided; however, there is no daily hotel service and no on-site staff.

The TV operates via streaming services. Netflix, Amazon Prime, as well as national programs, can be accessed through the respective platforms.


LOCATION

The apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Stockerdörfl at the foot of the Bichlalm.
Kitzbühel’s old town can be reached in about a 20-minute walk. Two shopping centers with supermarkets and other stores are just 5–7 minutes away on foot. The nearest ski bus stop is approximately 200 meters from the apartment and offers direct connections to the KitzSki area.
