Warm wooden ceilings and walls create a cozy atmosphere with authentic alpine character. The 68 m² apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (240 × 200 cm) and a living area with a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm).

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and essential kitchen utensils.

Despite its quiet setting, the center is easily accessible: Kitzbühel’s town center is about 5 minutes by car or around a 20-minute walk away, while shops are just a 5–7 minute walk.

The apartment is located at the rear of the chalet and offers a high level of privacy. The garden with seating is also exclusively available to you – surrounded by mature trees.

The apartment is designed as a self-catering accommodation. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are provided; however, there is no daily hotel service and no on-site staff.

The apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Stockerdörfl at the foot of the Bichlalm.

Kitzbühel’s old town can be reached in about a 20-minute walk. Two shopping centers with supermarkets and other stores are just 5–7 minutes away on foot. The nearest ski bus stop is approximately 200 meters from the apartment and offers direct connections to the KitzSki area.
