ABOUT THE CHALET-APARTMENT
Welcome to Chalet-Apartment Gamshag by ONE VILLAS in Kitzbühel – a 100 m² apartment for up to 4 guests with a large balcony and views of the surrounding mountains, including the Gamshag, after which the apartment is named. Quietly located on the edge of Kitzbühel, right by Golf Club Eichenheim and surrounded by hiking and mountain-biking trails, the apartment combines easy access to town and the ski area with plenty of peace around the property. Ski in winter, play golf in summer, or head straight out into the mountains.
THE APARTMENT
The 100 m² apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second can be prepared either as a double bed or with two single beds – practical for families as well as friends. One bathroom has a bathtub, the other a shower.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for shared meals. The living area is furnished with a sofa and fireplace and offers a cosy place to spend the evening. From the large balcony, you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains.
The apartment also includes a private, covered carport for two cars, free Wi-Fi and a table tennis table under the carport. The entire Chalet-Apartment is exclusively yours during your stay.
LOCATION IN KITZBÜHEL
Chalet-Apartment Gamshag is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of Kitzbühel, right by Golf Club Eichenheim. Hiking and mountain-biking trails are close by. Kitzbühel town centre can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or about 10 minutes by car. A supermarket for everyday essentials is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
The location combines two sides of Kitzbühel: a peaceful setting just outside the centre, together with good access to town, the ski area, golf courses and the surrounding mountains.
SKIING AND KITZSKI
In winter, the KitzSki ski area is quick and easy to reach. The nearest access point is in Jochberg, where you can park free of charge and start directly into the ski area.
The Hahnenkamm and Kitzbüheler Horn lifts can also be reached conveniently by bus from the “Kitzbühel Langau” stop, around a 7-minute walk from the apartment. With a valid lift pass, the ski bus is free in winter; the journey to the lifts takes less than 10 minutes. The same connection also takes you directly into the centre of Kitzbühel and back.
GETTING AROUND
Kitzbühel has two train stations: the main station and Hahnenkamm station, located directly by the Hahnenkammbahn cable car. For exploring the surrounding area as well as the different golf courses, hiking trails and bike routes, having your own car is still practical. A private, covered carport for two cars is available directly at the property.
GOOD TO KNOW

Winter tyres are mandatory in winter. Even with regular snow clearing, winter road conditions can occur in and around Kitzbühel.
For your stay, a security deposit of €300 will be authorised on your credit card before arrival. The amount is not charged. The authorisation will be released automatically three days after departure.
The Chalet-Apartment is designed as self-catering accommodation. Bed linen and towels – two per person – are included in your stay. Additional services such as mid-stay cleaning or linen changes can be arranged subject to availability and at an additional cost.
