This charming apartment is nestled in a traditional chalet in the heart of Kitzbühel. The warm wooden ceilings and walls create a cozy atmosphere with authentic alpine character – perfect for couples, small families and friends, up to 4 guests.
Spread across 68 m², the apartment has everything you need: a generous bedroom with a double bed (240 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) in the living room ensure restful nights.
Despite the idyllic tranquility at the foot of the Bichlalm, everything is within easy reach: Kitzbühel's town center is a 20-minute walk away, two large shopping centers just 5–7 minutes on foot. The nearest ski bus stop is only 3 minutes away on foot.
Outside, the garden with seating invites you to linger – surrounded by old trees, far from the everyday.
The apartment is self-catering. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included. After booking, you will receive all important information in your electronic guest guide. For any questions, we are always available via chat, email or phone.
The TV works exclusively via streaming services. You can use it to access Netflix, Amazon Prime as well as Austrian and international programmes available through their respective streaming platforms.
