Welcome to Haus am Feld by ONE VILLAS in Kitzbühel. This 48 m² first-floor apartment is ideal for 2 guests: a bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC.
The highlight is your own terrace with a view across the meadow to the mountains.
Eichenheim Golf Course and the Kitzbühel ski lifts are just a few minutes' drive away – hit the slopes in winter, or go golfing, hiking or biking in summer.
THE APARTMENT
Apartment 2 is on the first floor of a small apartment house.
The bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and a wardrobe.
In the open-plan living and dining area you can cook, eat together or watch a film on the smart TV in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-zone hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.
From the living area you step straight out onto your own terrace with a table and benches – a lovely spot for breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a balcony on the parking side of the house. You can park free of charge right in front of the house, and there is a ski room for your skis and ski boots.
AMENITIES & SERVICES
The entire apartment, including the terrace and balcony, is yours exclusively. The ski room is shared with guests of the other apartments. A parking space right in front of the house is reserved for you.
The apartment is self-catering. Bed linen and two towels per person are included in your stay. Additional services such as mid-stay cleaning or a linen change can be arranged on request for an extra charge, subject to availability.
ARRIVAL
Check-in is self check-in: your key will be waiting for you in a key safe, so you can arrive any time after check-in time – even late in the evening.
Before your arrival you will receive the code and short directions, together with the link to the online guest registration.
LOCATION
Haus am Feld is located on the southern edge of Kitzbühel and borders meadows, fields and forest on one side – if you're lucky, you may see deer grazing there. The town centre is a few minutes away by car or easily reached by bus. The EUROSPAR supermarket on Jochberger Straße is about a 10-minute walk.
Skiing: In just a few minutes by car you reach Jochberg, where you can park free of charge and head straight into the KitzSki ski area.
The Hahnenkamm cable car and the Kitzbüheler Horn are reached via the town centre.
Golf: Both Golfclub Kitzbühel and Eichenheim Golf Course are just a few minutes' drive away.
Bus: The bus stop "Kitzbühel Abzw. Bichlalm" by the EUROSPAR is a 9-minute walk. From there, line 850 runs into the town centre and to the Hahnenkamm, and in the other direction to Jochberg (Wagstättbahn) and on to Resterhöhe.
From the "Tirolerhof" stop, line 4002 takes you up to the Bichlalm.
Winter tyres are mandatory in Kitzbühel in winter. Even on cleared roads, wintry driving conditions can occur at any time.

Welcome to Haus am Feld by ONE VILLAS in Kitzbühel. This top-floor apartment of around 50 m² sleeps up to 3 guests: a bedroom with a double bed and private shower room, an open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, and a sofa bed for a third guest.
The highlight is the open view across the meadow to the Hahnenkamm – from the balcony, the living room and even from your bed.
The ski lifts and Eichenheim Golf Course are just a few minutes’ drive away.
THE APARTMENT
Apartment 6 is on the second and top floor of a small apartment house – bright, green and with views of the mountains.
The view is completely unobstructed: across a wide meadow to the edge of the forest and up to the Hahnenkamm. In the warmer months, cows often graze in the meadow in front of the house, and if you’re lucky you may spot deer at the edge of the woods.
The bedroom has a double bed (180 × 200 cm), an en-suite shower room and direct access to the balcony.
The open living area has two sofas, one of which folds out into a 140 × 200 cm bed for a third guest. For cosy evenings there is a TV with cable channels and streaming apps such as Netflix (using your own account).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-zone ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The balcony, with seating, faces the quiet side of the house.
