ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Casa Nova by ONE VILLAS is a traditional Aeolian house nestled in the hills of Panarea. Surrounded by olive trees and set within a protected nature reserve, the house combines the authentic architecture of the Aeolian Islands with a relaxed island atmosphere.
The house features a sleeping area on an open gallery level upstairs, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, two terraces, and a small garden.
Whether enjoying breakfast on the terrace, an aperitivo in the evening, or a quiet night by the fireplace, Casa Nova is a place for guests who want to experience the authentic side of Panarea.
The house was intentionally designed as a low-radiation retreat. Therefore, there is no fixed Wi-Fi installation. For internet access, we recommend using the local mobile network or an eSIM. Mobile reception is generally reliable and suitable for remote work or streaming.
LOCATION
Casa Nova is located in one of the quieter parts of Panarea. From the house, small paths lead through the island’s characteristic vegetation to some of the most beautiful areas of the island.
A small church can be reached in approximately ten minutes on foot via a footpath. As the path is not immediately obvious, Antonella, who will welcome you upon arrival, will be happy to explain where to find it. From there, it is only a few minutes further to restaurants, cafés, bars, and the village’s small boutiques.
Several hiking trails begin just above the house and lead through Panarea’s hillside landscape. With a bit of luck, you may spot falcons circling overhead. After sunset, the island reveals its quieter side, with views of the star-filled sky and the regularly active volcano Stromboli on the horizon.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Panarea is a car-free island, and most distances are covered on foot. Casa Nova is located on an elevated hillside. The walk from the harbor takes approximately 20–25 minutes, and the return journey is uphill.
For longer distances or the uphill walk back, local electric taxis (similar to small golf carts) are available for a fee.
Some paths on Panarea are not paved and may be uneven or rocky in places. Comfortable shoes are therefore recommended.
Casa Nova is a self-catering property. Final cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
Before arrival, a security deposit of €250 will be authorized on your credit card. No charge will be made. The authorization will be automatically released no later than three days after departure.
