Villa Cosset is a stylish boho chic luxury villa with a private pool, panoramic sea views, and spectacular sunsets over Ornos Bay. Located in the exclusive area of Kanalia, it combines privacy with direct access to the vibrant life of the island – from relaxed moments at the villa to the most popular beach clubs and the cosmopolitan flair of Mykonos Town. The view stretches across the Aegean Sea to the port and Chora, where in the evening the lights of the town reflect on the water, creating a unique atmosphere.
THE VILLA
Cosset Villa by One Villas in Mykonos accommodates up to 14 guests and is spread across three levels. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen – bright, spacious, and ideal for spending time together.
On the pool level, you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool, two additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one twin bedroom with its own bathroom. A separate guest house with two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom offers additional space and sea views.
On the upper level, there is the seventh fully equipped bedroom, accessible via a staircase, offering impressive panoramic views. Please note that this room does not have a door and does not have a private bathroom.
The outdoor area is the highlight of the villa: the spacious pool opens up views across Ornos Bay to the port of Mykonos and Chora. The terrace is bathed in sunlight from morning to evening – from your first coffee at sunrise to the intense colors of sunset.
Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are provided. A barbecue area invites you to enjoy relaxed grill evenings under the open sky.
In the evening, the lights of Mykonos Town reflect on the water. In the harbor, you can watch boats arriving and departing, especially when illuminated cruise ships are anchored.
Cosset Villa by One Villas in Mykonos is always rented as a whole property, ensuring full privacy and exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor areas.
A security deposit of €2,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. No charge will be made; the amount will be released no later than three days after departure.
For safety and quality reasons, only service providers arranged or approved by the host are permitted at Cosset Villa by One Villas in Mykonos, such as a chef, DJ, or bartender. Please inform your concierge in advance if you wish to invite external service providers.

Villa Leo by ONE VILLAS is a spacious 500 m² villa on Mykonos with wide panoramic sea views, an infinity pool, and a high level of privacy in a quiet, wind-sheltered location. Agrari Beach and Elia Beach are each approximately 1 km away and can be reached within a few minutes by car.
The villa consists of a main house, an independent suite, and a generous outdoor area with an infinity pool and garden. From the terraces, you can enjoy wide, unobstructed panoramic views over the sea and the surrounding valley.
In total, the villa accommodates up to 14 guests (or up to 16 if two are children), with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 5 of which are en suite. Five bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one bedroom has two double beds, and another includes four single beds.
The villa has been carefully restored and reflects the personal touch of its owner, an internationally renowned musician. The traditional whitewashed walls, the soft architectural curves, and the open dining areas under vines and flowering plants have all been preserved.
STAY & SERVICES
You rent Villa Leo by ONE VILLAS exclusively, and all areas are entirely at your disposal.
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by a concierge, who will show you around the villa, hand over the keys, and explain everything you need to know for your stay. During your stay, the concierge is available for questions and assistance.
Please note that a security deposit of EUR 2,500 is required. This amount is pre-authorised on your credit card prior to arrival (no charge will be made) and will be released no later than 3 days after departure.
The villa is cleaned daily, including bed making as well as cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen areas. Towels are changed every 2 days, and bed linen is changed every 3 days.
The pool and terraces are maintained regularly, approximately every 2 days.
LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS
Villa Leo by ONE VILLAS is located in a quiet setting close to some of the most beautiful beaches on Mykonos. Agrari Beach and Elia Beach (approx. 1 km each) offer fine sand, clear water, and plenty of space to relax.
Ano Mera, one of the island’s more traditional villages with tavernas, cafés, and shops for everyday needs, is also within a short driving distance.
Well-known beach clubs such as Scorpios and Nammos (approx. 8 km) are about 15–20 minutes away and offer a combination of good food, music, and a relaxed atmosphere. Mykonos Town (Chora), with its narrow streets, boutiques, and well-known nightlife, can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes by car.
Mykonos Airport (JMK) is approximately 5 km away. A mini market can be found within 2–3 km. Additional beaches such as Ornos Beach (approx. 7 km), as well as restaurants like Spilia (approx. 5 km, set in a cave directly by the sea) and Alemagou (approx. 11 km), are also easily accessible.
