Perched gracefully at the foot of the mountain on the island of Panarea, Casa Casiopeia offers breathtaking views of the active volcano Stromboli and the shimmering azure sea.
Surrounded by lush gardens, a swimming pool and whirlpool, spacious terraces, and secluded sitting areas, this villa is a place to unwind, reflect, and reconnect.

The elegant residence features six bedrooms, several living rooms, and a private library. Its refined interior harmoniously blends Sicilian antiques with Aeolian charm – creating an atmosphere of Mediterranean sophistication and warmth.

Architecture & Atmosphere

The upper terrace offers one of Panarea’s most stunning views – overlooking the smoking Stromboli and the rocky islets scattered across the sea.
The large garden includes a charming pavilion, perfect for watching the sunset, reading, or simply savoring the tranquility of the afternoon.

From the main terrace, equipped with a teak daybed and multiple seating areas, guests can enter the living room with its open fireplace or the spacious kitchen – ideal for preparing the day’s fresh catch from Carmelo. A small adjoining bathroom adds extra convenience.

A second terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, features a traditional pizza oven. Upon request, the pizza chefs from the local “Pizzeria Da Roda” can prepare customized pizzas right at the house.

Bedrooms & Garden Level

Stairs lead down from the upper floor to the garden level, where all bedrooms have direct access to the pool, jacuzzi, rock shower, and garden.
Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms; three others open onto a shaded arcade courtyard near the pool. Two of the rooms have their own private terraces.

The décor combines antique Sicilian furniture, hand-painted tiles, and Balinese details – all in keeping with the unique Aeolian style. All beds are wooden and equipped with high-quality organic mattresses.

Location & Surroundings

Situated at the foot of Pizzo Corvo, Casa Casiopeia is one of the island’s rare havens of complete tranquility – far from the bustle of the harbor. Deep rest and pure relaxation are guaranteed.

At sunrise, guests can set out directly from the house on one of Panarea’s most beautiful hiking trails. A short path through the bushes leads to the old church in about ten minutes; from there, it’s just another five minutes to the port.

Nature lovers will enjoy watching falcons soar overhead or observing Stromboli’s eruptions every half hour.
At night, with all lights turned off, the Milky Way reveals itself in full splendor – and the constellation Cassiopeia rises over the sea.

Casa Casiopeia can also be rented together with the guesthouse located on the same property – ideal for families or groups who wish to stay close yet maintain privacy.

The villa is a self-catering accommodation.
Before arrival, a €3,000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card and automatically released within three days after departure.
