ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Villa Casiopeia by ONE VILLAS is set above the sea on the island of Panarea, with views stretching all the way to the active volcano Stromboli. With six bedrooms, a pool, a whirlpool, and generous outdoor spaces, the villa offers plenty of room for families and groups of friends to spend time together.

The villa features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Please note that one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom, while the remaining five bedrooms are separately accessible.

Three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms open onto a small arcaded courtyard by the pool, and two rooms also feature their own shaded terraces.

The upper terrace enjoys sweeping views of Stromboli and the surrounding islands. The pool, whirlpool, rock shower, and garden pavilion create several places to relax outdoors.

Inside, Sicilian antiques, hand-painted tiles, and Balinese furnishings give the villa its distinctive character. The spacious kitchen, open fireplace, and traditional pizza oven make it a wonderful place for long evenings shared with family and friends.


LOCATION

Set in one of the quieter parts of Panarea, Villa Casiopeia by ONE VILLAS enjoys an elevated position with privacy and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

From the villa, small paths lead through the island’s characteristic vegetation. A small church can be reached in approximately ten minutes on foot via a footpath. From there, it is only a few minutes further to restaurants, cafés, bars, and the village’s small boutiques.

Several hiking trails begin just above the house and lead through Panarea’s hillside landscape. With a bit of luck, you may spot falcons circling overhead. After sunset, the island reveals its quieter side, with views of the star-filled sky and the regularly active volcano Stromboli.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that Panarea is a car-free island, and most distances are covered on foot. Villa Casiopeia is located on an elevated hillside. The walk from the harbor takes approximately 20–25 minutes, and the return journey is uphill.

Some parts of the route are not paved and may be uneven or rocky in places. Comfortable shoes are therefore recommended. Local taxis, similar to small golf carts, are available for a fee.

Due to the island’s elevated location, Wi-Fi and mobile connections may occasionally fluctuate.

The villa is a self-catering property. Additional services such as housekeeping or private chefs can be arranged subject to availability.

Before arrival, a security deposit of €2,500 will be authorized on your credit card. No charge will be made. The authorization will be automatically released no later than three days after departure.
