CHALET BOCKBERG BY ONE VILLAS KITZBÜHEL
Ski-in & ski-out chalet with hot tub, sauna and panoramic views at 1,000 meters altitude. Ideal for guests looking for a ski-in & ski-out chalet in Kitzbühel with direct access to the Hahnenkamm gondola, a private wellness area, and space for up to 8 guests. Perfect for ski holidays and summer stays in the mountains.
Chalet Bockberg by ONE VILLAS in Kitzbühel combines privacy, nature, and alpine comfort with direct access to the ski area.
Located directly on the slopes as well as hiking and biking routes, you enjoy the mountains while being just 15–20 minutes from the center of Kitzbühel with its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants.
THE CHALET
With 250 m² of living space, the chalet accommodates up to 8 guests with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a separate guest WC.
The private wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space is designed for year-round comfort.
The spacious terrace includes a hot tub, BBQ, and sun loungers with views over Kitzbühel.
After a day in the mountains, step straight into the hot tub and take in the views over Kitzbühel.
LOCATION & EXPERIENCE
In winter, you can step directly onto slope no. 22 (“Kampen”) and ski from there into the ski area all the way to the Hahnenkamm gondola.
In summer, hiking and biking routes begin right at the chalet. The Seidlalm can be reached in about one hour on foot and is a popular destination for regional cuisine and panoramic views.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The chalet is designed as a self-catering accommodation. Bed linen, towels, and sauna towels are provided. Additional services such as mid-stay cleaning, linen changes, or breakfast can be arranged upon request.
After your booking, you will receive a digital guest guide with all information regarding your arrival and stay. A multilingual team is available at any time via chat, email, or phone.
The chalet is easily accessible from the valley via a paved road. In winter, we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle, as winter road conditions may occur despite regular snow clearing. Winter tires are mandatory.
A security deposit of EUR 2,000 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. No charge will be made. The amount will be automatically released three days after departure, provided no damages are found.
We kindly ask for your understanding that reservations from groups planning loud parties are not accepted.

The center of Kitzbühel can be reached within a few minutes by car or in about 20 minutes on foot along the river. Shops are also nearby.
The nearest access point to the KitzSki area is Jochberg, offering free parking and direct access to the slopes. The bus stop “Kitzbühel Langau” is a 5–8 minute walk away, with direct connections to the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbüheler Horn.
