Quietly located on a hillside, the chalet offers privacy and a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature – ideal for guests seeking both tranquility and quick access to the center of Kitzbühel.
Spread over 190 m² and three levels, the chalet features four bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 room with two single beds) and two bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area with fireplace is the heart of the chalet. Large windows offer views of the surrounding mountains and bring the outdoors inside.
Terraces and balconies invite you to relax – with a whirlpool, BBQ, dining table, hanging chairs and a fire pit. A place for shared moments, relaxed evenings and quiet time.
Chalet Moralee is quietly set on a hillside with open views of the Kitzbühel Alps, creating a calm, nature-oriented atmosphere slightly outside the center.
The center of Kitzbühel can be reached within a few minutes by car or in about 20 minutes on foot along the river. Shops are also nearby.
The nearest access point to the KitzSki area is Jochberg, offering free parking and direct access to the slopes. The bus stop “Kitzbühel Langau” is a 5–8 minute walk away, with direct connections to the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbüheler Horn.
The chalet is designed as a self-catering accommodation. Bed linen as well as two towels per person are provided. Additional services such as intermediate cleaning or linen changes can be arranged on request.
After booking, you will receive all important information for your stay in a digital guest guide. If you have any questions, we are always available via chat, email or phone.
A security deposit of €350 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. No charge will be made. The authorization is automatically released three days after departure, provided no damage is identified.

LOCATION & EXPERIENCE
In winter, you can step directly onto slope no. 22 (“Kampen”) and ski from there into the ski area all the way to the Hahnenkamm gondola.
In summer, hiking and biking routes begin right at the chalet. The Seidlalm can be reached in about one hour on foot and is a popular destination for regional cuisine and panoramic views.

The chalet is designed as a self-catering accommodation. Bed linen, towels, and sauna towels are provided. Additional services such as mid-stay cleaning, linen changes, or breakfast can be arranged upon request.
After your booking, you will receive a digital guest guide with all information regarding your arrival and stay. A multilingual team is available at any time via chat, email, or phone.
The chalet is easily accessible from the valley via a paved road. In winter, we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle, as winter road conditions may occur despite regular snow clearing. Winter tires are mandatory.
A security deposit of EUR 2,000 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. No charge will be made. The amount will be automatically released three days after departure, provided no damages are found.
